With the Saint Patrick’s season upon us, several of our local communities arec scheduling Saint Patrrick’s parades, exhibits and fairs. Here are a few:
New Hyde Park St. Patrick’s Day Parade
March 11, The Parade starts at 10am
The parade begins on Hillside Blvd., near Jericho Turnpike, and marches east on Jericho Turnpike ending at the New Hyde Park Fire Department Headquarters at 1555 Jericho Turnpike
Huntington St. Patrick’s Day Parade
March 12, The Parade starts at 2pm
The parade begins at the Huntington Long Island Rail Road station, heads north on Route 110, and turns left onto New York Avenue.
Irish Music with the Mountain Maiden Cold Spring Harbor Library
March 12th, 2:30pm - 4pm
Enjoy an afternoon of Irish music. Registration required. Free and open to all.
St. Patrick’s Day Treasure Hunt
March 18th, 11:00am-4pm at Fireman’s Park Cold Spring Harbor, NY
Have fun exploring Fireman’s Park and searching for hidden treasure including gift cards, and visiting Main Street. Discounts will be offered by local businesses.

Bayville Haunted St. Patrick’s Haunted Houses
March 18 &19, 7:30pm - 10 pm. $39.75-$74.75.
Bayville Haunted Saint Patrick’s has 3 Haunted Houses. A Saint Patrick’s themed house, Saint Patrick’s at the Asylum and the Leprechaun Fun House. Glen Cove St. Patrick’s Day Parade
March 19, The Parade starts at 1 pm.
Parade begins on Forest Avenue north of Dosoris Lane goes to Brewster street turns a slight left onto School Street turns left onto Glens Street and end at the corner of Glen Street and Pulaski Street
