Thief Uses Stolen Credit Cards at Huntington Target, CVS

By Ishan Shah

Another criminal on the loose has been waging a one-woman crime wave by stealing merchandise from multiple stores in Huntington.

Numerous local businesses in Huntington, including Target, CVS and Staples called in the Suffolk police after the woman ran stolen credit cards at those stores, and escaped with thousands of dollars in goods.

The Suffolk County Police Department was notified from local vendors in Huntington that a woman had been caught using a stolen credit card to make purchases, and the police have requested the public’s help to catch her.

In late September and October, the woman was captured on video cameras using the stolen credit cards at vendors such as Staples, CVS, and Target.  She faces charges of Grand Larceny when she is brought to justice.

The Suffolk County Police ask for any information – and anyone with any leads - to contact and report it to Suffolk County Crime Stoppers.

This can be done anonymously via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS. Cash rewards are being offered to those with information that leads to an arrest.
