Huntington Launches Free Summer Movies
By Rupert Deedes
The Town of Huntington is hosting a summer free movie series at local beaches and parks. The movies are open-air and drive-in, and are free to all Huntington residents.
“I hope to see you all at the movies,” urged Huntington Supervisor Ed Smyth.
The movies start at dark - approximately 8:30 PM – and will be shown on a 40-foot screen, easily seen from all parking spots. Movie audio will be broadcast on FM radio channel 99.3 - to watch the movie from your car. There will also be speakers for attendees who bring lawn chairs to sit outside.
For information, or in the case of inclement weather, please visit huntingtonny.gov/parks or call 631-351-3089. The showings will be:
